A group calling itself the Tehachapi Equine Service (TES) is having a grand opening and open house on Feb. 17. TES is a new facility located in Cummings Valley and will provide farrier services by Sean Lorenzana, animal chiropractic care by Dr. Teri Courtemarche, along with horse boarding. The open house will include hands on clinics for horse shoeing and horse adjusting. It also will showcase the group's new ONTRACK system software designed for use in farrier and training practices. The festivities begin at 10 a.m. and a free lunch will be served. TES is located at 24680 Haven Lane, south of 202 and Cummings Valley Road in Tehachapi. For more information call 822-7884.
