Our beloved Jeff was born Oct. 25, 1965 in Des Moines, Iowa. He departed this world Nov. 20, 2007. He was 42. He grew up in Southern California where he met and married Robyn Blodgett and together they had Jeffrey Allen, now 19. Later he met and married Lisa Clark and together they had Ashlee Rose, now 12. He leaves behind the love of his life Lynn Gandara, and her three children Kassandra, Brittnee, and Justin Gandara.
He is also survived by his father and stepmother Gene and Debbie Hill of Mesa, Ariz., his mother and stepfather Mary and Don Payne, three sisters Corina, Trive and Franny and his brother Carl. Jeff had many close friends and other loved ones including Tracy Peck and her children Crystal, Christopher and family, and Sherman Wilcox, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He will be greatly missed and until we meet again, he will remain alive forever in our hearts.
