The winter promotion at the Heat Source was a sweepstakes for $10,000 cash, or a Harley Davidson valued at over $13,000.
Kenny Anderson, owner of the Heat Source, rode the prize Harley-Davidson motorcycle out of his showroom as lucky winners Les and Marilyn King later rode off with the bike and passing on the cash.
The Kings were one of 84 entrants in the sweepstakes, and said they plan on selling the bike through Monaghan Motorsports.
“We’ve both ridden,” proclaimed Les, “and it’s a beautiful bike, but we’re getting a little too old for that now.”
Asked why they chose the prize bike over the cash, Marilyn answered, “Our accountant suggested we go with the bike.”
