Valley Caregiver Resource Center's educational class “When Everyone Talks and Nobody Listens” will be offered on March 27 from 1:10 p.m. - 3 p.m. at the Tehachapi Senior Center, located at 500 F Street. Presenter, Susana Rodriguez will help caregivers who are caring for a loved one in their home to build a support system by focusing on common conflicts among family members and how to foster agreement, encourage cooperation, and provide tips for more effective communication. This class is paid for through a special grant from Kern County's Aging and Adult Services and is specifically for families or friends caring for loved ones.  For more information or to sign up for the class, please contact Valley Caregiver Resource Center at 821-1626, or 800-541-8614.
