The 2008 Tehachapi High School Career Fair is taking place today in the THS gym. Students ranging from grades 8 to 12 continue to gather to explore career and education opportunities from a variety of institutions and organizations.    As usual, the Lancaster Beauty school booth received the attention of a plethora of curious students. A rainbow assortment of combs and nail polish caught the eye of curious passers by, who stopped to get their nails and hair done by Cosmetology students.  Lancaster Beauty School receives applications from high school students frequently.    “At least 25 people from high school came in yesterday,” says Kimberly Dearling, whi enrolled in Lancaster Beauty School in March.   Carrina Carroll, a Junior at Tehachapi High School, is currently working on her Cosmetology degree.   “It’s only a 1,600 hour course,” explained Carroll.  “It takes a cool minute and a...
