The Salvation Army is currently holding their annual "Back to School" Clothing Drive. Please donate your gently used and new clothing at Albertson's and SaveMart, or you can drop your donation off at our office, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We will be distributing the clothing along with new back packs filled with school supplies, and new school shoe vouchers at our Back to School Give Away, Thursday August 7th, 2008.We will also have free haircuts and immunizations. To qualify you must fill out the application and receive an admission ticket prior to the Give Away. Please apply at The Salvation Army, 213 E. E street. You must provide proof of income. All applicants must be from low income families. If you have any questions or would like to help out please call 823-9508. We are also seeking sponsorships for our shoe vouchers.
