The entire family of long time Tehachapi resident Mr. Kelcy Owens wants to thank our friends and all the people of the Tehachapi community for the prayers and well wishes in our time of sorrow. The extended hands and affection so many of you shared certainly has helped us during this loss. The list of people who stood by us and provided help is a long list and a true tribute to the man we all came to know and love. Our family also wants to share a “Special Thank You” to these people: To Dr. Horowitz for your knowledge and ability to care for Alzheimer patients. Without you we would not have been able to care for Kelcy in our home. Your kindness and care allowed this man dignity in time of despair and our gratefulness for your services is never-ending.
