LADY WARRIORS TOPPLE THE TROJANSA shutout and a perfect game pitched was too much for the Trojans last week as the Lady Warriors defeated Foothill 12-0.Lady Warrior Michelle Baxter pitched a prefect game while the Tehachapi High School batters were hot for the victory. Lindsay Romo led the THS offense with a three-run homer that cleared the outfield fence. Shelby Horn finished the game hitting three for three.The Lady Warriors are scheduled to host Taft on Tuesday and then travel to Bakersfield to take on Golden Valley on Thursday. Game time is 4 p.m.LADY BRAVES The Lady Braves used five different pitchers last week to defeat Foothill 14-2, logging 15 hits in six innings. Lisa Gaeta was the starting pitcher, but it was Krissy Whitman who picked up the win. In all, the Tehachapi High School pitchers struck out eight and allowed just three hits, five walks and two runs.Key to the victory was the nine runs scored in the sixth.
