I've lived up here for a few years, and I like it a lot... I was a civilian contractor working for the government until a bad car accident changed my life and forced a huge career change. I guess maybe that's where my interest in public safety came from, because without the great emts, paramedics, firefighters, cops, nurses & doctors that helped me after the wreck, I'd be a huge mess.
