I am a 30-something long time Tehachapi resident. My family moved here when I was in the 2nd grade and I went to all Tehachapi schools until my graduation at THS in 1991. I love my little town and have thanked my parents many times for moving us from Fullerton, CA so that we could grow up here. I have lived a few other places as an adult but never stayed away for long. Tehachapi is HOME! There is nothing like knowing someone everywhere you go! I love this town with all of my heart and never want to live anywhere else.
