California Congress of Republicans (CCR) endorsed Kevin McCarthy for Congressional District 22, Dr. Jean Fuller for Assembly District 32, Dean Haddock for Supervisor District 3 and Steve Perez for Sheriff at their local endorsing convention held in Bakersfield on Saturday, April 22.

Three chapters of the “CCR”, Bakersfield, Kern County Hispanic and Tehachapi Congress of Republicans, came together to hear the candidates and hold a vote. All candidates for the above offices were invited and a two-thirds vote was required to endorse.

The Congress of Republicans is a statewide grassroots volunteer organization with a permanent charter from the California Republican Party. Their two main objectives are to elect Republicans and to register voters. Congratulations to the above mentioned candidates.

These folks must not have been aware that Tehachapi rancher and former Senator Phil Wyman was running. Why else would they endorse an unknown with no experience or qualifications like Fuller? Law Enforcement supports Phil Wyman! Proven Conservative Leadership. Phil Wyman For Assembly '06
