0 responses 0 comments Kern County Sheriff’s Sgt. Joe Giuffre, of the Tehachapi substation, reported the tagging problem in Tehachapi has been curtailed somewhat, but the investigation continues.
“We have a good idea of the people involved,” he said. “We are currently pursuing all angles.”
Anyone with more information is asked to report it to the substation.
