Brite Lake opening weekend report from the Fish 4 Kids Foundation Snack Bar and Tackle Shop. Lots of one-, two- and three-pound trout were being taken and one five-pounder caught by Todd Burton of Rosamond. Many five fish limits being taken also from Brite Lake this last weekend.
Power bait, Kastmaster and worms are working well. In early morning and evening, a float with a fly working best for the trout.
