1 response 0 comments I would like to nominate my mother for the annual Mother of the Year award. She is known by a lot of people around town. Her name is Connie Ward. She has lived in Tehachapi for over 20 years now. She is a part of the Booster Clubs at the schools. I believe she is the best mother any kid can ever have. Every time I need her she is always there for me. so please just really consider her for the award.
