Summer swim lessons Cost: $40 per session

Jazzercise regularThis is a one hour intense fitness dance class that includes aerobics for the cardiovascular system with yoga and Pilates-based strength training exercises.
Cardio, strength and stretch will be featured all in one class to tone and improve overall fitness. Stay an extra half hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays for some personal training with more strength training using weights and tubes. Classes are on-going.
Days: Monday through Friday
Times: 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Place: WPAC, located at 411 W. D St.
Cost: $40 per month or $7 walk-in
Jazzercise lite for seniorsThis is a 45-minute basic fitness dance class for those new to exercise. It is an introduction to basic dance techniques with the focus being a gradual, overall body conditioning through easy movements. Includes a gentile warm-up, light cardio workout, with some stretching to improve balance and flexibility. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the class will be only hour with the focus being on muscle toning and improving overall body strength using lite weights and tubes. Classes are on-going.

Water revive and rejuvenateA relaxing, low impact class perfect for those suffering from arthritis, joint-stiffness and pre or post surgery. Enjoy the therapeutic qualities of the water to help improve your mobility. Muscle endurance, strength and density are noticeably increased. Flexibility, balance co-ordination, agility and reaction time improve. Experience an increase in over-all fitness and an increase in the feeling of well being.

Class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:35 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. and the cost is $25 per month.
