Johnny was part of the Lancaster American Legion and the Lancaster Masonic Lodge.
Johnny was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Louise Packard; daughter, Betty Ann Boucher; brother, Bill McMurray; and grandson, Brandon Chambers. He is survived by his daughters, Mona Lloyd and her husband Richard; and Jeanne Tipton and her husband Arthur; 20 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and brother, Tom McMurray.
A funeral service was held on May 17 at the Joshua Memorial Park Mortuary with interment at the Joshua Memorial Park in Lancaster.
