About fifty supporters attended a fund raising dinner on May 23 at former State Senator Phil Wyman’s Grand Oak Ranch in Old Town. Kern County Supervisor Don Maben joined the gathering and offered his support for Wyman’s candidacy to become the next 32nd District Assemblyman.

The festivities began with a presentation of the colors by cadets from Tehachapi Civil Air Patrol Squadron 46 and continued with dinner, speeches and plenty of American patriotic good cheer. The primary election will be held on June 6.
