0 responses 0 comments Main Street Tehachapi’s 4th annual Historical Murals Golf Tournament, held on May 20 at Tierra Del Sol Golf Course, was a tremendous success. Nearly $4,000 in net revenue was realized. All of those funds will go directly into creating more beautiful historical murals.
We want to thank all who participated as golfers, sponsors and raffle prize donors. Special thanks go to Scott Johnson of Johnson Printing, who has served as tournament director for all four tournaments. Scott is the driving force behind this important event. This year, Scott’s cousin, touring pro Don Pooley, donated many valued items as prizes.
Additionally, we are very grateful to Bob Koczor, publisher of Golf Today Magazine, headquartered here in Tehachapi, for donating prizes valued at over $4,000. We are truly fortunate to have Golf Today Magazine as part of our community.
