Navy Seaman Apprentice Richard J. Casey, III, stepson of Toby L. Casey and son of Richard J. Casey Jr. of Tehachapi recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
Casey is a 2008 graduate of Tehachapi High School.
