Tehachapi High School graduate of 2000, Patrick Smith, participated in the commencement ceremony at California State University, Bakersfield on June 10 and received a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy.

Patrick has been accepted into and will be joining his twin brother Tim in the master’s program in history at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Tim graduated cum laude in history from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in December of 2004.

After completing the master’s program, Patrick hopes to complete his doctorate in either history or philosophy. On the left is Tim and on the right is Patrick.
