Michael Aguliar, 21, was the driver of a cement truck that rolled over at the intersection of Backes Lane near Highway 202 and Highline on July 5 at 10:05 a.m. Driver was taken to the Tehachapi Hospital for treatment of a laceration on his forehead. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
