B.J. Mitchell
Stepping down from her post as Citizen Volunteer Group Captain for the department, is B.J. Mitchell. B.J. has been with the volunteer program since its inception. Although "stepping down" from her title, she isn't going far and will stay on among the rank and file, serving Bear Valley. Thanks for your service, B.J.
Be aware
Would-be burglars are always looking for signs that nobody is home. Why not leave a light or two on and let your neighbors know when you're going away so newspapers don't pile up. Let's not make it easy for them.
