Colleen was born in Follett, Texas, to Frank and May Terrel, and passed away in Tehachapi.

She was a member of the Church of Christ for 56 years. She loved God and her family. She left a spiritual heritage for her children and grandchildren. She had a passion for and volunteered at the Tehachapi Hospital Guild. She worked as a waitress in local coffee shops, and as a substitute worker for the Tehachapi Unified School District. Her family will always remember her gracious and generous nature, her hospitality and her servant spirit.

She was preceded in death by husband, Lawrence, and great grandson, Nathan Michael Cantrell. She is survived by sons Larry and Janet Redelsperger, Randy and Carrie Redelsperger, and Karl Redelsperger; daughter Mary Cantrell; grandsons Aaron Redelsperger, Andrew Redelsperger, Darin Redelsperger, Matthew Cantrell; granddaughters Amy Bruner, Mendy Bowler, Kaidi Chipman; and great-grandchildren Grace Redelsperger, Nora Redelsperger, Allyson Bruner, Grey Lawrence Redelsperger, Maddox Bowler, Tate Bowler, Hannah Cantrell, Sarah Cantrell, and Ayden Chipman.

Services were held Saturday, Sept. 2. Interment in the East Tehachapi Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Wood Funeral Home Service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made in Colleen's name to the Tehachapi Hospital Guild.
