0 responses 0 comments Services were held Monday, Nov. 27, at Wood Family Funeral Service Chapel for baby Dillon Owen Casey who was silently born on Nov. 16, at 1:10 p.m., in Bakersfield.
Dr. Marvin Slifer officiated the services. Family friend Dennis Collins read a letter written by baby Dillon's parents and Christy Boyd read the children's story, “We Were Going To Have A Baby, But We Had An Angel Instead.”
Dillon will be sadly missed by his brother, Andrew Garcia; his sisters, Shelby Casey, Morgan Casey and Crystal Garcia; and his parents David and Channon Casey and the rest of his large family. We will hold him in our hearts forever.
The interment service was held at Tehachapi Public Cemetery, Westside. In lieu of flowers, family and friends have set up an account at Bank of the Sierra to help with expenses. Arrangements were handled by Wood Family Funeral Service.
