0 responses 0 comments On Saturday, Feb. 3 over 100 local Cub and Boy Scouts participated in the annual “Scouting for Food” event. Almost 7,000 pounds of food was collected this year.
All of the food remains in Tehachapi to help those in need. Participating units were: Cub Scouts Packs 135, 136, and 278, and Boy Scout Troops 3, 135, 136, 178, and 594. This event is held the first Saturday in February each year.
