Thank you for posting this for us. Without your intervention, the citizens of Tehachapi would be kept in the dark.

They got it from the City of Tehachapi site. It's on the Fire Dept. page of their website along with other reports.

Jason Caudle provided the Tehachapi News with a copy of the fire study draft as soon as it became available. City staff was also kind enough to give us a PDF file of the executive summary which was posted on this site earlier.
We posted the full study here once it was apporved by Coleman. Although there were some delays, which Mr. Coleman explained during his presentation, the city has cooperated with the News to make these postings possible.
