0 responses 0 comments Christi Brumfield of Orange, Calif. will be joining the staff of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Tehachapi as their new Director of Christian Education and Youth Director.
Christi graduated from Concordia University in Irvine, Calif. with a major in Christian Education Leadership. She completed her Director of Christian Education Internship at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Redondo Beach, Calif.
Her duties at Good Shepherd will include leading weekly youth Bible studies, organizing youth servant events, fellowship activities, and youth trips to camps, conferences and youth gatherings. She will also oversee the church's Sunday school program, lead children's messages in church and help with the church's annual Vacation Bible School. The church will hold the installation service for Christi on Sunday, April 1 at 4 p.m. The community is invited to attend.
