Three dramatic and powerful Easter presentations will take place at Christian Life Assembly on Good Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday, April 7, at 7 p.m. and at 11 a.m. on Easter Sunday. The people of Tehachapi are invited to experience the Easter story in musical and drama form all put together in The Easter Rose. As in years past, the old but ever new story of Christ's death and resurrection will come to life as the CLA choir and supporting cast reenact the events leading up to this pivotal occurrence in history.
Leonardo Da Vinci's painting, “The Last Supper” will again leap off the canvas to portray Jesus and His disciples in that famous and stirring scene. The CLA adult choir, the children's choir and a host of cast members will all come together to form this Biblically-based presentation.
The Easter Rose invitations are in most local businesses. Tickets are not required, however, early seating is recommended. The sanctuary will open 30 minutes prior to each showing. Free nursery care will be available to children three and under.
Christian Life Assembly is located at 920 Valley Blvd., one block east of Tucker Road. For more information, call the church office at 822-3813.
