On April 5, between 11:30 p.m. and midnight, three teenagers were caught on tape moving the pool patio furniture into the Holiday Inn Express pool.
“If they come clean, we will not press charges against them,” said Ricardo Peregrina, the general manager of the hotel.
The police were contacted and Peregrina is confident he can identify the driver who was driving a dark colored pick-up truck. The tape will be given to the Sheriff’s Department to identify the other two males. It is not the first time the truck has been seen at the hotel, added Peregrina.
Peregrina is giving the teens until Friday, April 13 to confess, or he will definitely press charges.
“Coming clean will be the best thing for them,” said Peregrina. “They can pay to fix the furniture and admit they were wrong.”
