0 responses 0 comments Mr. and Mrs. Joel Ratzlaff are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie, to Sergeant Brian Dobrenen, the son of David Dobrenen and Wanda England.
Stephanie graduated from Tehachapi High School in 2001 and California State University, Bakersfield, in 2004. She obtained a B.A. in Liberal Studies and an Elementary Teaching Credential. She spent her first year teaching 4th grade at Norris Elementary School.
Brian graduated from West High School in Bakersfield in 1993 and from Point Loma College with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1997. He continued his education at California State University, Bakersfield, obtaining an Elementary Teaching Credential in 2004. He spent his first year teaching 4th grade at Norris Elementary School. He recently came home from serving his country in the United States Army Reserve. He served in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
Their wedding will be on July 7 in Tehachapi.
