1. Open the attached document.
2. Print it out.
3. Share with us your thoughts and ideas regarding this year's Mountain Festival.
4. Add your name and phone number (only if you want to be entered in the drawing).
5. Mail or bring the form to our office at 411 N. Mill Street, Tehachapi, CA 93561.
Entries must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2007, to be eligible for the drawing.
