0 responses 0 comments The Tehachapi Mountain Quilters Guild exhibit at West Park was a popular event with more than 150 entries in this year’s “Quilt Challenge” attracting large crows of viewers.
The winner of the “Opportunity Quilt” was Mickey Kelbaugh, a visitor from Torrance. She is a friend of Charlotte Outcalt who belongs to the South Bay Quilters Association. She bought the ticket for the quilt at a quilt show in Torrance.
