Cadet Forrest L. Wallace, son of Thomas and Josie Wallace of Tehachapi, has been named to the Dean's list for the spring semester, covering December through May, at the U.S. Military Academy.
Wallace graduated Tehachapi hig School in 2006, and plans to graduate from West point in 2010 and be commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
