Bear Valley Springs resident, William Herman Salo, 79, passed away at his home on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Bear Valley Springs Community Church. Pastor Jeff Kaplan will officiate the services. 

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Optimal Hospice Foundation, 4800 Stockdale Hwy, Suite 215, Bakersfield, Calif. 93309. Arrangements were made through Wood Family Funeral Service, Inc.
