No ice, snow, rain, fog, dust or wind has ever CAUSED a car crash. It is the operators driving too fast for the conditions at the time.

When the vehicle operators learn that they must slow down in inclement weather conditions will we ever be able to stop car crashes. These are not even accidents, they are crashes caused by inconsiderate drivers.
