Just a note to compliment you on your issue of Feb. 20, 2008. Everything about it was much improved over past issues. Especially in misspelled words and incorrect punctuation.
Especially enjoyable have been the articles by Melvin McAllister, Jon Hammond, and Carin Enovijas.
We started subscribing to the News in 1978 when we first bought our property here. We were finally able to move and build here in 1986. We love living in Tehachapi and appreciate all the people and organizations that have a true concern for responsible growth here. Also ‘Friends of the Oaks’ and Cummings Valley Protective Association, who strive to protect our oaks and the country atmosphere that so many people who move here enjoy. Thank you for continuing to improve the News.
