Get ready to do some fun reading and earn a free Cold Stone Creamery ice cream for your efforts. The Tehachapi Branch of the Kern County Library will holding a Spring Break Mini Reading Program.
Starting Tuesday, March 18, pick up a reading record to take home and record five books you are reading. Return your record by Saturday, April 5 and earn your free ice cream!
To add to the fun there will also be a great program during Spring Break. On Wednesday March 26 at 2:30 p.m., Jeff Lee will be coming to present and talk about seven wild animals. Sponsored by the Friends of the Tehachapi Library, Jeff Lee comes from Steve Martin's Working Wildlife, out of Frazier Park. Jeff has visited our library before and always puts on a great program.
