Dorothy Westene Wagoner was born Sept. 13, 1935, to parents Franklin and Luedith Parker, in McCloud, Okla. She passed away in Bakersfield, on March 4. A chapel service was held for Mrs. wagoner on March 10, at the Tehachapi Church of the Nazarene, at 1 p.m.
Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Alvo L. Wagoner; her children, Marsha Stricklin, of Georgia, and Marcus Howard and his wife, Anita, of Arizona; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; brother, Franklin L. Parker and his wife, Astor, of Denver; sisters, Theodosia A. Anderson and her husband Harold, also of Denver, Betty J. Rowley and her husband Roland, of Alabama, Deloris C. Dillard and her husband Richard, also of Alabama, Joyce C. Jordon and her husband William, of Maryland, and Jane Greene and her husband Clifford, of California. Dorothy is also survived by uncles, aunts, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Eddie, Eugene, and J.C. Parker.
