S.T.O.P. Save Tehachapi's Orphaned Pets', first general meeting is Thursday, March 13 at 2 p.m. at Kelly's Cafe on Brian Way. Anyone interesting in saving Tehachapi's orphaned and abused pets is welcome. Stop also needs donations of food and other various pet items for their foster dog program.
