Valley Caregiver Resource Center's educational class “When Everyone Talks and Nobody Listens” will be offered on March 27 from 1:10 p.m. - 3 p.m. at the Tehachapi Senior Center, located at 500 F Street.
Presenter, Susana Rodriguez will help caregivers who are caring for a loved one in their home to build a support system by focusing on common conflicts among family members and how to foster agreement, encourage cooperation, and provide tips for more effective communication.
This class is paid for through a special grant from Kern County's Aging and Adult Services and is specifically for families or friends caring for loved ones.
