Woofs and meows of thanks to "Sparks" for donating the building of the Save Tehachapi's Orpahned Pets' Web site, for teaching us mere mortals how to use it and for your generous and loving support of animals in need. Sparks, you are one special techy!

I would also add that Sparks has generously donated time, energy and/or money to the Doberman SOS rescue and the Tehachapi Humane Society in the recent past as well. (Those are just the ones I'm aware of -- I suspect there could be more.) She is to be commended for her selfless volunteerism and dedication to Tehachapi's homeless pets in need.

Sparks confirms why we are all here, to help one another, going the extra mile, and never complaining in the process. Huge kudos to you, Sparks; am looking forward to seeing your future creations, they are a sight to see. The new STOP site is looking better than ever, thanks to you.
