Applications for the art show due this week. All entries can be delivered to the gallery between March 27 and March 31, during our working hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. No exceptions please.
All local youngsters are invited to enter the 12th annual All Tehachapi Youth Art Contest, sponsored by the Tehachapi Valley Arts Association.
Since 1996, this contest has offered local kindergarten through high school age students the opportunity to exhibit their art talent at Gallery N’ Gifts in downtown Tehachapi for the entire month of April.
Ribbons and cash awards are presented at the special reception on Saturday, April 5, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Gallery N’ Gifts, 100 W. Tehachapi Blvd. Punch and cookies will be served for everyone to enjoy while viewing the work of these dedicated students. Pictures of the youngsters with their art will be taken at the reception and posted on our website.
If your youngster has artwork they would like to enter in this contest please contact us at either Gallery N’ Gifts between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily, Monday through Sunday at 822-6062, or visit our website at galleryngifts.org for more information. Entry forms are available at both locations.
