Thank you city fathers of Tehachapi. By hiring your own police patrols, the citizens of Golden Hills, no longer have police protection, what it consists of is a phone outside the old C.S. building.

Not sure how this is a city issue? If you have a problem with the sheriff not patrolling the Golden Hills area call the Sheriff or Don Maben.

I actually see more sheriffs now then before.

Not sure what you mean, just a phone outside the office. I have seen Sheriff's cars patroling the area and coming and going from their new station. Fortunately, I have not had a need for them but have a friend who is a volunteer for the Sheriff's Dept. and am assured we are protected.
