Arbaut led Tehachapi with a double and three RBIs, while Burtz, Holguin and Chavarria recorded doubles as well.

Berryman recorded the win at pitcher with four strikeouts and only three earned runs in six innings. Rush was credited with the save in the top of the seventh.

Earlier in the week, Tehachapi was edged in a close 10-9 defeat by Bakersfield Christian, who remains atop the South Sequoia League standings with a 17-1 (5-0 SSL) record.
