Sue North, a cherished mother, grandmother, and wife passed into eternal rest, surrounded by family, on March 27.

She lived in Tehachapi, in her beautiful home overlooking Bear Valley, but spent most of her life in Santa Clarita raising her family.

At this most difficult time, her love of God was evident to all that were fortunate to know her and provided peace to her family.

Sue and Mike spent 34 wonderful years together living a blessed life. Mike was able to spend the last two years in retirement with his dearest wife and friend.

Sue North was born January 10, 1946 in St. Louis Missouri to the late Leroy Dennis and Theodosia (Peggy) McCloud. She has gone to heaven to be with them, her sister Patty and her brothers Dennis and Buddy McCloud.

In addition to her beloved husband, Mike North, she is survived by her brother, Johnny McCloud and her daughters; Peggy Grissom, Patti Miller, Shane Felner, Michelle North, Kimberly DeBolt, Krystal Flaniken, and son, Kris North.

Her children blessed her with 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She also raised her granddaughter, Angelica North, for a few years as well.

There are many other relatives that mourn her passing. She will be greatly missed in all of our hearts and lives. Anyone that knew her could tell a unique and amazing story.

We will all love and miss her greatly and will celebrate her life just as she would want us too.

Sue will be placed to rest at the Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Yuma, Ariz. Graveside services will also be held at the same location in the Faith Mausoleum. Services were performed by Rob Warren on April 10.
