Albert Ross Duncan Jr. was born to Albert R. Duncan Sr. and Elsie Clementine Cringger in Pliny W. Virginia.  At the age of 17 he joined the U.S. Navy and served in the Pacific in WWII.  After service ended he stayed in Southern California were he me and married his life long love Lois Catherine Harrison.  They were married 59 Years.  They resided in Norwalk California for 30 years.  He worked as a Cement Mason for over 30 years local #600, when then he retired to Tehachapi California.  Where he loved the quiet life and fresh air.

He leaves behind his wife Lois Duncan, Two sons Ross Duncan, Steven Duncan. One daughter in-law ( in their minds the daughter they never had) Joanna Duncan.  Two granddaughters (who loved him so.... Heather Duncan (husband Louie Moreno) Meghan Duncan) who all resides in Whittier, California.  Six great grandchildren Joseph Duncan, Destini Moreno and Reymond Albert Moreno, Joanna, Valarie and Richelle Silva.

My grandfather was the definition of a monarch in my eyes,  He was beautiful, honest, hard working, dependable provider man, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to many.  He will be truly missed.
