Last Friday night we went with friends to have Italian food at La Belle Amore.  What a nice place to go on a Friday Eve after work! 

Our week had been quite busy, and Peggy and Ken, Rich and I just wanted to go to a nice place where we could enjoy a great dinner.  Ken told us that La Belle Amore was a great place to eat, so we decided to go there.

We walked in, and were pleasingly surprised to find plenty of room, great hosting, great folks enjoying their dinners, and wonderful live music to listen to.  We even found ourselves singing with them.  It was so nice to have talk and laughter being shared between the owner/waitresses/diners.  We were all served delicious and filling meals and deserts.  I was quite pleased that Ken brought it up that we go there!

So a big "THANK YOU" TO "La Belle Amore" and the musicians!!!  We were just going to drop by for a quick meal, but found ourselves "slowing down" and really relaxing and enjoying our great food and the surroundings.  I hope a lot of you stop by and enjoy them as much as we did.  It's great personally owned businesses like these that makes Tehachapi such a wonderful place to live.  Rich & I feel so fortunate to have lived here now for the past 5 years, and being a part of this wonderful  community!
