Scott and Lesli Smith, along with Jerry and Mercedes Nielsen, are proud to announce the engagement of their children, Kimberly Alejandra Nielsen and Nathan David Smith. The couple became engaged on Oct. 5, 2007, on the shores of Malibu, as the dolphins played in the sunset.
Kimberly graduated from Tehachapi High School in 2005, and is currently employed at Tehachapi Veterinary Hospital. Nathan graduated 2004, and is currently employed at GE Wind Energy Systems.
A June wedding is planned to take place at Mourning Cloak Gardens, followed by a honeymoon in Cancun.
They will continue to make Tehachapi their home.
