The title may have changed from “Interim City Manager” to “City Manager,” but the thoughts, feelings and actions are as strong and committed as ever. In the next coming months there will be many opportunities to work closely with various community leaders and organizations. We will move forward and reach out to all those willing to rebuild the Depot and restore the “Heart of Tehachapi.”
City Council, Staff and the volunteer organizations who have been working tirelessly on the Depot's restoration efforts are overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from local individuals and businesses. Our community has rallied together in the wake of this tragedy and we will begin anew with the purpose of securing a legacy for future generations of Tehachapi residents.
The City of Tehachapi team is committed to working for you and with you, all in the goal of providing the best quality of life possible.
