Justin Clenard of Tehachapi, Calif., Thursday, July 3, 2008, at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. Clenard's family watched on his stepmother, Kerrin ; his mother, Lori Sander; father, Christopher Clenard; brother, Kevin Clenard and his grandmother, Doris Andreson.
